I have made a tri-fold base. I had this textured black and gold paper in my craft stash that I bought a long time ago. I have embellished with gold mesh, sparkle black ribbon, polka doodles black roses and petaloo black flowers.

I stamped the pumpkins and text from the Sizzix Spooky fun stamp set. I coloured the pumpkins with pro-markers and black sparkle sakura pen. I then used twine to hang them from the card.
