20th Wedding Anniversary Commissioned Card.....

Hello lovelies!

A quick post from me tonight to just share with you all a card I was commissioned to make for a 20th Wedding Anniversary.

The request was from a lovely man to make a card for his special wife using cream and burgundy which was their wedding colours.

I decided to die cut hearts to represent love and dressed them up with ribbon and string pearls.

I also added some of my gorgeous crystal flowers, I absolutely loved making this card.

I have already had feedback from my customer and he was really happy with it. I also have his permission to share it with you all.

I am entering this card into the following challenges...

I have used Creata Paper from one of the pads and the Vintage Border Die

Thank you for hopping by today and looking at this card.

Have fun and happy crafting,
lots of love
Nicola

Commission for a Birthday card..

Hello lovelies,

I just thought I would show you a card that I have made this week.

I was commissioned to make this card, the request was any colour but must have butterflies as the recipient loves them....I do too so this card was an absolute joy to make!
Also it is for a 70th birthday so my client ordered it for his wife. I knew I wanted to make it extra special too as the lady it is for I actually know and she is a lovely vibrant character so I wanted to go for a colourful card choice!

I have used the Polkadoodles Sundae of Seasons CD I chose the backing papers and butterflies from this. I love all of these colours together as I feel they give us a taster for the summer months, bright and cheerful!
I wanted to make an easel card, and matted and layered the co-ordinating papers, I used a butterfly border punch on some of the edges. I embellished with a doily, lace, ribbons, flowers, decorative pins and the smaller butterflies I added Stickels in Diamond.
I printed the greetings and verse from my computer using Bradley Hand text.

My client collected the card yesterday and he was over the moon with it. I loved making this, butterflies are one of my favourite things!

Thanks for looking and I hope you like my card,
have fun and happy crafting
lots of love

Emerald Anniversary Card - Commision for a client

I was commissioned to make this card for a client. As it is for her husband I didnt want to make it too fussy. I decided to keep the look fresh and fairly simple with just some decorative detail on the corners and one embossed piece of card.
I have matted and layered green and white card. The main piece of green card I ran through an embossing folder. The stamp used is from do crafts and I coloured the hearts using a Sakura pen. I punched the corners using a Fiskars lace corner punch. I embellished with gems and ribbon.

A commission from a client

My client asked for a Golden Wedding Anniversary card for her husband, she didnt want anything cute. I used decorative card for the base, and then matted and layered co-ordinating card. Embellished with gold ribbon, gems and the greetings I printed off from my computer. The champagne glasses are an outline sticker that I had. This card took just over an hour to make.
