Polkadoodles DT Card for this weeks challenge.....

Hello lovelies,

It's Friday again which means another fantastic challenge over at the

Polkadoodles Blog

and the theme this week in celebration of St.George's Day is

'Red & White' with 'Stashbox Stamp'

For my card I have used the Polkadoodles Sundae of Seasons CD and the stamp from my stashbox is Polkadoodles Dragonfly Neighbours Clear Stamps Set I have coloured the image using Faber-Castell Poly Chromo Pencils in shades: Deep Scarlet Red/Middle Cadmium Red/Pale Geranium Lake and White and blended with Daler Rowney Low Odour Thinners.

I have used Distress Ink Fired Brick for all the edges. I punched a border on the base card and both backing papers. The image is matted onto Marianne Design Paper The Sentiment is from the Polkadoodles Paper Boutique Vol 3 CD. I embellished with sheer flower trim and lace and finally pins.

My DT card for Polkadoodles.....

Hello lovelies and a very happy Friday. As usual time is flying by and the clocks go forward this week-end!

So Friday brings us another fabulous challenge over at the

Polkadoodles Challenge Blog

The theme this week is to make a creation with mum in mind!

For my creation this week I have used the

Polkadoodles Paper Boutique Volume 3 CD

and here is what I have made...

I have also embellished the card with Card Candi, buttons and Stickles Glitter Glue. The ribbon is to form the apron strings!

I love this card as it reminds me of my childhood when I used to bake every Sunday afternoon using my mum's good old Bero Book which I still have. I had to bake almost everything in it lol and my mum and dad enjoyed trying the samples very much!
